HOW IT WORKS
Three steps, run on every part, by the team you already have.
Ingest your drawings and purchasing data. Find the cost opportunities. Act with negotiations and RFQs that Procurable drafts and your buyers approve.
Book a demoIngest. Find. Act. On every part.

Start with a defined set of parts.
- 01
Scope
Pick a defined set of parts or a single commodity.
- 02
Load
Share drawings, BOMs and a PO history export for that scope.
- 03
Review together
Walk through the cost models and similarity results with your team.
- 04
Go live
Run real negotiations or RFQs on those parts.
How your data is handled.
- Account separation
- Customer data is separated by account.
- AI inference
- AI inference runs on AWS Bedrock in the US.
- Your drawings
- Drawings are used only to build your models. They are not shared with other customers.
- Supplier discovery
- When searching for new suppliers, Procurable sends only a generic process and material description. Never the drawing.
- Outbound messages
- Every message to a supplier requires buyer approval before it is sent.
- SOC 2 Type II

- DPA
- A data processing agreement is available on request.
- Model training and retention
Built for direct-materials teams.
Discrete manufacturers with mature procurement teams and meaningful direct-materials spend, buying custom and semi-custom parts from drawings.
Not a fit for catalog-only buying or purely indirect spend.
Questions buyers ask.
Do I need CAD files?
No. Procurable works from 2D drawings, the PDFs your team already sends to suppliers.
How accurate are the should-cost models?
Models are index-based: material and labor rates come from public indexes, with the reference shown on every line. Any model can be flagged for expert validation, with the correction tracked.
Will suppliers know it is AI?
Messages come from your buyer, sent after your buyer approves them.
Does it replace my ERP?
No. Procurable imports PO history from your ERP and exports quotes and comparisons to Excel or CSV.
What about NDAs for new suppliers?
New suppliers complete the NDA before they see a drawing. Status is tracked per supplier, and executed NDAs go to your contracts team.
Can I turn off new-supplier search?
Yes. New-supplier discovery can be switched off per account.
